Confirmation of Application
Once you have submitted your application, Vivz Team will acknowledge receipt of your application by phone or email within two working days.

Application Review
Vivz will review your application to confirm you meet our requirements. If so, you will then be asked to complete an interview as part of the review process.

Application Interview
Interviews are usually completed over the phone with a member of the Academic Team. The purpose of the interview is to get to know you better, hear about your future plans, understand why you are interested in the course, any particular papers you like and your understanding of the internship program.

Payment of Fees
Vivz Fashion School will issued an invoice for the balance of your first year tuition fees, due prior to the commencement date. On payment of this invoice you will be issued with a receipt of payment.
Requirements
Diploma Requirements:
– To apply to Vivz Fashion School, applicants must meet specific academic and creative criteria. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for most programs. Applicants should submit their academic transcripts along with any relevant certificates. For creative courses like Fashion Design and Fashion Modelling, a portfolio showcasing your work is essential. International students must provide proof of language proficiency through tests like IELTS or TOEFL. Additional documents may include a personal statement and letters of recommendation. Ensure all materials are submitted by the application deadlines.
– Open to students 18 years and over at course commencement
– All applicants are interviewed as part of the admissions process.
– Applicants not meeting the entry criteria may be considered on a case by case basis by the Academic Director. Consideration will be given to those with appropriate and evidenced previous academic history, prior work experience and life skills experience.
